- Why do I need a domain name?
When you have your own domain name, customers are more likely to remember your site and it will be easier for them to return to it. In addition, you will be able to receive email at your domain address (sales@yourname.com). We can help you decide on an appropriate name, find out if it is available, and guide you in purchasing your domain name.
- What makes us different from other design firms?
We allow you to be involved in the design process from start to finish. That means that at different points in the design process, you can view your site and make suggestions/comments regarding it. We also like to inform you about various aspects of how your site works. Our philosophy is that the more you are informed, the better your site will work for you.
- Do I have to have Internet access to have a web site?
It is not a requirement that you have internet access, but it would be better if you did. With internet access, you can view your site during the development phase. Once your site is up and running, your customers can contact you through email.
- How can being on the web help my business?
Your web site will be on display 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Not only will you be able to reach local customers, you can reach customers world wide as well. Having your business online allows people to view your site at their convenience.
- How long will it take to design my site?
The amount of time it takes to design your site depends on the size and complexity of the site, how organized you are with your information, and the number of custom graphics you will need designed.
- How can I get information to you?
The easiest way to send text information is to enter it in a text file and email it to us. The best program to use is Notepad, which is installed on almost all computers.
Digital images can be emailed or placed on the server. If the images are large, it is best to just put them on the server. Photos should be packaged between cardboard and mailed to us. They will be returned when finished.

- Who owns my web site?
Once we are done designing your site and payment has been made, you own it entirely.
